Anyone else had this, mine has a couple of silver scuffs around the edges right out of the box, thinking of taking mine back as for the price it is costing i expect a pristine product..

iPhone 5 (black) Scratched right out of the box...

search the first pages of the iPhone section, plenty of threads. take it back.
I've got the tiniest little nick at the bottom. Kinda sucks but not the end of the world. I'd switch it out for a new one if new one were available...but oh well.
I had a tiny tiny scratch on the Apple logo, but it's small enough where I don't care. I figure i'm going to ding it up some more anyway.

Hmm, wonder what Apple is going to do? It kind of sucks because when they had the glass on the 4/4S people hated that it shattered/cracked. Now when they changed it to aluminum people are complaining that it scratches.
Coming scratched out of the box is a completely different issue, however. That's not cool at all. But I worry that this will probably become as issue for every iPhone 5. Although it won't be an issue for the common consumer that doesn't inspect their phone and look for damage.

i have tiny nick by the headphone jack out of the box. i already put the bumper i bought on. I don't care haha. im not returning and waiting a month.
