iPhone 5 Bluetooth keep say searching "now discoverable"

Hey guy. I tried to connect my iphone 5 bluetooth to another phone or my wireless headphone. But when i turn on bluetooth, the phone keep saying searching, now discoverable. It didn't show any device. eventhough another phone can see my device. I dont know what happen. Do you guy. Experience the same problem. And if you know how to fix it. Please let me know. Thanks
