So this morning I was trying my best to clear out some room on my phone to update to ios 8, and while going through cydia picking out things to uninstall, I guess I may have chosen an important package to be uninstalled because halfway through uninstallation my phone reset and has been stuck in a boot loop for the past 3 hours.

I put my phone into recovery mode and plugged it into my macbook, which said estimated iPhone software update time was 77 hours... so I unplugged from my mac and moved to my PC.

Next, on my pc, I plugged in, and while in the restoration process I recieved the "can't contact iphone update servers at this time, please try again later" to which I updated my iTunes, and got rid of that error, only to be met with a problem at the next step where I was "contacting software update servers" for a little more than an hour.

I searched around and found that the problem could be remedied by a DNS change, to which I did, and actually resolved the issue - so now I'm finally at the update part.......

and there are 310 hours remaining for the iPhone Software Update, and a "There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone 'iPhone'. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later" error.

What the hell do I do now?

Thanks.
