iPhone 5 Bumper or Case with SIM Tray Cutout

Can anyone recommend any iPhone 5 bumpers or cases with a SIM tray cutout?

Ideally, I'm looking for something minimal like a Pinlo Bladedge or Caze ThinEdge bumper, but something like a PowerSupport AirJacket or SwitchEasy Nude full body case could work... as long as it has a SIM tray cutout.

The only one I've seen is the Draco Design Draco 5 Aluminum Bumper for iPhone 5, but it seems to impair reception.

Chose to go with the $17 Kickstarter: Slimline. It's affordable and minimal and has access to the SIM tray. I wish I knew sooner. $13 would have been a steal! http://www.slimlineit.com/
