iPhone 5 - Buy from Cricket, live in bay area?

I was wondering if you can buy iPhone from Cricket if you live in Bay Area? Can you just drive to Fresno and buy? I tried online, by setting my zip to fresno's, but in the checkout page it won't let me change my zipcode.

Also is the iphone bought from Cricket unlocked to use with international carriers?

It's strictly locked to their network, and the CSRs told me that the roaming usage on their partner's network is not guaranteed. So if you can not find the iPhone 5 selling in your area by looking for your zip code online, you'd better drop it...
