Iphone 5 camera problem

I don't know why but each time i take a picture i see a kind of stain in my pictures, at first i thought it was some dead pixels on the screen but i can clearly see its the camera that's the problem... I even took a screen shot of a empty safari web page and i dont see the stain, but when i take a photo of something white you can clearly see it...

Yeh looks like im going to the apple store... I hate switching iphones, now the device they will give me won't match the serial number that's on the box, and will lose my screen protector in front and back

You guys should check and see if you have the same problem, i had this phone since launch day Sep/21 and only saw the flaw yesterday...
