iPhone 5 Camera Trouble?

Hello!

Well, so today i have noticed that iPhone's back camera is working like a charm but today I have tried take a picture and I see a few marks like dust or scratches. It's happening on videos also.

I've tried cleaning the iPhone and remains the same. Any advice? Is it possible to repair? And cheap?
