iPhone 5 can "record" in 1080p, but how to upload in 1080p?

I just uploaded it from my photos to YouTube, and after an hour it only shows up as 720p.

Am I doing it wrong? I uploaded over wifi.

Is had been discuss since iPhone 4s, the only solution to upload with the iphone is with an app call FLIMIC Pro, there might be other apps that can do that.
