Okay so about a week ago my iPhone 5 has started spiralling. The whole mess started with the email app suddenly deleting my accounts and not allowing them to be added back. I talked to someone on live chat and they had me reset all network settings in hopes of fixing it but it seems to have made things worse.

doing this reset seems to have disconnected my phone from iCloud, my contacts are all gone, I can't send iMessages because it says I need to activate them but when I try to do that it says it can't connect to the imessage severs.

if I touch my name under settings it says iCloud is turned off but when I try to turn it back on I'm told it can't connect to the iCloud servers.

My contacts are gone, I can't message and my safari is a blank white page when I open it, it doesnt even show a little box for Apple.com when you open a new page.

any idea how to fix this?! It's running on iOS 10.3.3 and can't be updated any higher sadly if that helps.
