Iphone 5 cant find wifi where 4 can?

My iPhone 5 cant find wifi upstairs at my house where my 4 can, the 4 has two wifi bars. Did apple change something to do with the wifi?
 
I've read of a few Wi-Fi issues. If you can, take it to an Apple Store and have them check it out.
