iphone 5, cant hear in calls or be heard...?

Hey, my friends iphone 5 is ****ed..
when in a call sound dosent work on regular speaker or the high speaker or headphones, and the other phone cant recive any sound from the iphone 5.

We have tested a new mic with the high speaker without any result...
just updated from 7.0.2 to 8.0.2 to test if that was the problem.
The bakside is changed for not so long ago alsow the screen (worked before but not now) and everything looks right pluged in..

mucis/spotify/text/calls sounds but i cant talk or hear the other pearson in the call.

Tips?
