iPhone 5 Case with tripod screw hole

Hi

I am trying to find a iPhone 5 case or adapter that will let me attach my iPhone 5 to my tripod via the screw that sticks out of the tripod (so I guess the case would have a screw-hole). Trying to do as cheap as possible (will only use occasionally, does not need to protect phone) so have looked on eBay but can't find anything REALLY cheap. Does anybody have any ideas? I am in UK, so looking for something less than £3 if possible!

I got one of these Joby phone things for my iPod 5. Expands to fit it even with a Griffin Survivor case attached. I use it with a small tripod that I use as a hand grip. Retails for $19.95. Not cheap but works.
