Do the iPhone 5 cases work on the 5S?

More than likely but one has to be careful that the opening for the dual camera flash is large enough.

For the most part I'd say yes. For example Otterbox has their cases marked 5/5s on their website.

Of course any case that covers the home button may cause issues.

Otterbox reviews are showing some issues. Might want to read up on some reviews of it first
