iPhone 5 cell phone service

So I had my iPhone 5 for about a week it says I'm in lte but every time I load a web page it takes forever to load up a webpage. But when I'm in 3G it's fine it just seems now I'm getting crappy service with this phone every time I'm out trying to use the Internet on my phone or something there's instances where I can't load webpages and stuff anyone else know why I hope I'm explaining this correctly
