I just got my 4, so im ok with waiting for a little bit longer lol.
Im still planning to upgrade when 5 comes out if its a worthy upgrade but a month wont kill me. Still looking forward to it!

This article is 3 and a half months old.

Also, direct from the article
"Having contacted Phones4u head office in regards to the claimed iPhone 5 arrival, the retail chain stated that it would not be issuing an official quote on the handset's arrival at this time adding word of a November 21st release can be attributed to an "over-excited member of staff who is clearly a fan of the iPhone brand."

T3 has contacted the St Albans store again today and once again had confirmed that “the iPhone 5 has been delayed until November but the only difference between the 4 and the 5 is software updates, that’s the only difference.”
yea OK I believe this article

Since I'm not planning on getting the next iPhone, it doesn't matter to me when it comes out.:p But seriously, it is just a phone. No need to get worked up about when it will be available.

If it doesn't come out with 4G capabilities, it's just a re-hash of the iPhone 4. I have no intentions of getting the iPhone 5 because it will not be 4G capable.

At this stage, 4G isn't really important as

A: Coverage isn't available in most places
B: Current 4G chips used for it kill battery

Adding further fuel to the fire, the retailer announced that Apple's next generation handset, which they pegged with a November 21st release, would "be pretty much the same as the iPhone 4 with new software. The software is the main difference with the iPhone 5."
ugh. If this is true, they might as well just skip the release all together and give us something decent next June.

This is one of the worst articles I have ever read. They should be embarrassed to even put that on the website.

Phones4u is mostly full of tools that don't know their arse from their elbow!

Unless you're someone like me who either has no iPhone yet and is waiting for this one, or someone who recently had their iPhone broken or stolen and doesn't want to pay $200 to replace it when a new one is said to be announced soon.

Nice how these "recently registered users" post a "subjective topic" then never reply to it again. Hmm, wonder if it's trolling...

Oh, sorry guys, I didn't realise that it was an old article, but it was headline news when you searched iPhone 5 release? Little mistake, but like a previous comment before, if you don't have an iPhone yet and are seriously looking forward to a mega upgrade so I can have my first taste of Apple purity, then this is a pretty big deal to me.

Also I don't understand how I can be accused of trolling just because I joined in March, 6 months ago! Indicating that I am a recently registered user. How about if, hm... I live in Britain so my time zones are all completely different, therefore I am asleep while you guys are squabbling and accusing, with no backing whatsoever.

Thanks

Next time, you might want to read macrumors.com first before posting some baseless speculation from months ago.

Baseless? The quote is there on the page. If that was from the day that i got it then it wouldn't be baseless at all, and what does macrumours tell me? That there may be an 8-Megapixel camera photo... That there are "Rumours" about a new design, at least the rep from P4U thought he knew what he was talking about, he may have even been talking about the rumoured "iPhone 4S"
