iPhone 5 Data Signal

My new iPhone 5 is not picking up a data signal at all from my work. My personal iPhone 4 never had an issue, my work iPhone 4S is showing "4G" right now and having no issues. My iPhone 5 has nothing in the area where "3G" or "4G" should be displayed. Thus not allowing any data transfer. Anyone else have similar issue or thoughts? Is this cause of antenna placement?
