iphone 5 different displays

Just noticed my coworkers screen looked so much brighter than mine. Both on max brightness his display is a lot brighter and whiter.. Probably due to different display manufacturers? Anyone else notice this on different iphones?

The screen of my ip5 is quite noticeably off-white when compare to the display ones at the store. I think there are three manufacturers who make screens for the ip5, the quality may varies a bit

I noticed the same thing on my replacment iPhone 5, it was not as bright
