Iphone 5 dilema

I upgraded to the 4s last fall, i had two upgrades available on my verizon account so i was sure that i would be able to upgrade to the 5 once released. I checked with verizon yesterday and apparently there is a rule that you cannot steal 2 upgrades for the same line of phones year to year? i had no idea about this.. so now i am in a pickle, i am looking for someone willing to trade a new Iphone 5 for my current Flawless iphone 4s + 300 dollar brand new Beats Studios. This seems the best option because the early termination fees are blasphemy

sell your iphone 4s, sell your headphones. ...you must then be somewhere near the price no? ...dollars is confusing.

in the uk, the iphone is £529....whats that in dollars? $1020ish??, im selling my 4S for £300. so thats only £229 to 'upgrade' ..just keep my contract running
