Iphone 5: Display not working from time to time

hi,

for some weeks now i have an issue with my IPhone 5:

especially when it is very bright (e.g. sunshine outside) my Display is changing color in Kind of Grey. the touch Screen is not working anymore after about 10-20 seconds. i have to lock the phone, activate again. then i can use it again for 10-20 seconds,.........

when it is darker, it works longer without Problems.

any ideas what can cause this ?
