iPhone 5 display problem. Problem after Problem. Will Apple fix this?

okay, so im not sure if you can see it very well in these pictures, but if i tilt my iPhone 5 screen slightly, there are stripes towards the top edge of the screen. Most noticeable on a white image. Will apple fix this? I have applecare plus, and just got this replaced this weekend. Lately i have had more any more problems with iPhones, always resulting in MULTIPLE replacements.
