iPhone 5 Doc for Griffin Survivor Case

Does anyone know of a iPhone 5 doc (aka, Lightning) that can be used with a Griffin Survivor case without removing the phone from the case first?

Also I had a NFC Adapter for my Iphone 3g, anyone know of one for the iPhone 5?

I have an iPod 5 with a Griffin Survivor Case and I assume the case is made exactly the same way. I plan to get the Lightning adaptor with the six inch cable. That way you don't have to remove the case. Looks like it should work on a couple of speakers I have.
