My iPhone 5 dropped into water when charging with an external battery during my Thailand trip.

I had immediately took it up and use hair dryer to dry then placed in an air-conditioning room to dry it.

It has been nearly a week already, but still no response even connected with iTunes, or charger.

Apple said they can't do anything, I can only paying HKD1,788 for getting a new one.

I wonder would it be possible to get back all the photos?

Because I took a lot of photos with my parents during the trip, all I want is to get back these photos back.

Thanks for your help.

If you weren't using iCloud and the Photo Stream feature, you will have to look into a paid iPhone data recovery service. I don't think you want to try doing this yourself. Here's where to start.

First, I want to say, I am sorry for that. :(
Did you try to put the iPhone on recovery mode ? Still not working ?
Did you sync before the accident ?

Tried the recovery mode, but still not working, just dead

I did sync on the day before trip, my habit.
But didn't connect wifi during the trip, because connection is quite bad in hotel.. :(

Do you have any one recommend?

Honestly, I'm just a normal user for iPhone, no idea which has reputation..

Did think about sending to ifixyxxri.com for the service, after searching, seem like their reputation is not that good at all.....

DriveSavers is a reputable company, I've heard only good things about them. Of all the links on the first page of search results, they are the only one I recognize by name. You can fill out the Estimate Request Form and get a quote I believe.
