My iphone 5 dropped (it is less than a 1 year old). The screen is not cracked. I'm unable to unlock it now and it doesn't recognize any keys when I type them to unlock the password. The phone is still receiving calls, texts..What do I do? Is there anything I can do to fix this at home?

I have already tried rebooting a few times..HELP!!!

Sounds like you popped the connector that controls the touch on your screen.

Do you have AppleCare+ and have an extra $49 accidental damage case available? If so, you know what to do. :)

If not, it will be $229 to replace the device as drops are out of warranty.
