I purchased the 4 at launch and was eligible again for a full upgrade within a few months. I'm leaning towards getting the 4S but am a little worried about what happens (in terms of my upgrade status) if the 5 comes out in June. Would you guys guess that I'll be eligible again, given my history?

Iphone 5 Eligibility Guess?

I pre-ordered the AT&T iPhone 4 the day it came out last year and got it and activated it on June 24th as I recall. AT&T tells me that I can upgrade to the 4S on November 16th of this year. That's 510 days or 1 year 4 months 23 days from when I got the iPhone 4. So in my case, if I got the iPhone 4S on November 16, 2011 that would mean I wouldn't be eligible to upgrade to the next iPhone (6 or whatever they decide to call it) until April 9, 2012. That is assuming the upgrade eligibility will be the same as it is this time for me.
