iPhone 5 flip case help

Hi there, I've been looking all over the net for a case for the iPhone 5 that is like this iPhone 4 case that I used to own:

Wears after 6 or so months but its cheap so can easily replace it (which I did with the iPhone 4).

Its hasn't got the annoying plastic holdings, its just held in place by the leather. Means you don't need to damage the phone and/or case to get it out when you want.

Does anyone know of a case this style for the iPhone 5?

Failing that, does anyone know of a flip case, with plastic holdings, that aren't difficult to remove the phone from and don't scratch or damage either phone or case when doing so? Thanks.
