iPhone 5 force UMTS900 instead of UMTS2100

Our polish carriers started rolling out UMTS900, but what I've found in my Xsignal app that it stays only a few seconds on UMTS900 then it goes back to UMTS2100 despite very weak signal and it drains battery like crazy...

Is it possible to force UMTS900 ex. after jailbreaking ?
