Iphone 5 forgets cellular settings

Hi,
I live in belgium ( so we only got Unlocked Iphone's here).
Every 2 or 3 weeks i notice that my phone say's = you don't have a data plan.
Then i check in the settings under cellular and i see nothings is entered under cellular data.
So 1's a 2 or 3 weeks i need to re enter everything.

Does anyone know what might be the problem of this ?

This is crazy.. Been happening to me since iOS 5. It looks like they have no intention to fix it. I've already written them an angry email, perhaps you can do the same...

And always when this happens I have to restart the phone as well.. It happened today and a few days ago.. Sometimes is a few days, sometimes a week or two.
