iphone 5 freeze and heat problem?

anyone else have this problem? my iphone has froze for about 4 seconds on 3 occasions the past week when im clicking on an icon or something, its not annoying or anything just wondering what its about?

also my phone is getting really warm at the back when uapproaching -30% battery??
is this normal?
