iPhone 5 HELP

Alright I went to restore my iPhone 5 last night using a MacBook Pro and iTunes. I backed up my phone, however my phone will not fully restore. It gets about 80% and the I get the following error message, "Unknown Error Occured (-1). I have been trying to troubleshoot it all day, I have tried using different computers but its always the same. Any Suggestions on how to restore my iPhone.

Either try doing a DFU restore, google a video of how to do it. Or you could try erase all settings and data from your phone under settings>general>reset.
