iPhone 5 help

I purchased an Iphone 5 back in October. Recently I have noticed some issues with the phone. The phone freezes rather frequently, when paying music it will randomly stop playing all together or stop and then skip to the next song, also Bluetooth seems to go in and out.
I have tried restarting, restoring with no luck.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
If I take it to Apple will they replace it?

Sounds strange. The music thing, does that happen when you are running? There is a shake feature to skip to the next song. You can disable it in the settings. As for the freezing, what are you doing when it freezes? Playing a game (some have bugs) or using ghe Internet. We will need a little more info. If you live near an apple store make a genius appointment and show them the issues. If its faulty they will replace it.

it does not happen when I am running, and the shake feature is off. the freezing is pretty random. it rarely happens while playing games, mostly texting or swiping through screens.
