iPhone 5 Home Button compared to 4S

I'm not sure if there is a thread like this.
I just got iPhone 5 Black 16gb! And I noticed the home button is little pushed down. My 4S home button is almost even to the surface...
Is it normal?

mine sits flush with the glass on my 4s and my 5. It is more 'clicky' on the 5 though which i think is a good thing

Mine is like this too, so you are not alone. I do think it's a defect though, but I wouldn't bother to exchange it yet, as stock is low.
