iPhone 5... iMessage problems

Ever since I updated to iOS6 on my 4s and then when the iPhone 5 came out I have been experiencing problems with iMessage. Sending pictures in a single or group message and it keeps going in and out of SMS and iMessage...

I have AT&T.. FYI
