What option do I press if I don't want the person who receives my iMessage to know my number. Do I just check my iMessage in the Column that says send and receive?

you would have to send from e-mail.

Yeah I have my email iMessage logged in so when I press send from and pick my iMessage email they won't see my number

must be pretty important huh lol, just go to send and receive and unselect your number from send

I just tested it with my number unselected and when I texted someone it still displayed my number not my email
