iPhone 5 in Spokane ATT vs. Verizon?

Has anyone in Spokane switched their iPhone 5 from ATT to Verizon in Spokane, Washington? I used to be a Verizon customer but when the original iPhone came out, since it was only available through ATT, I switched and currently have the same iPhone 4 which is now long past its contract so I can switch if I want to. My teenage son, teenage daughter and wife are all bundled with their phones on Verizon. Son-daughter both have iphone 4S and my wife is about to make the leap from an older Verizon phone to a new iphone 5. She will probably be sticking with Verizon...I'm wondering whether I should switch back to Verizon or stick with ATT? All the plans pretty much look the same to me so I must be missing something. I plan to pretty much use the iPhone 5 in the US. ANY suggestions or advice would be appreciated
