iPhone 5 iOS 7 Recovery Q

Hi there.

I downloaded the iOS7 off a torrent site illegally (not a good idea i know) and now i got an error on my iphone 5 telling me "Activation Error" and that the device is not registered as a developer, because i am not one...

All I want to do now is to somehow extract my files and stuff (contacts, photos, texts, etc) and revert back to the iOS 6.1.4 and recover the files from the extractor. What is the best program for this? I am willing to pay at this point. What should I do?

In the future, I recommend a bit more research before flashing an OS on your phone. Might save a bit of angst and trouble.
