iPhone 5 (iOS7) Glitch

Every time I unlock my phone I have to reconnect to WiFi. I get a pop up of all the available hot spots. This never happened before I got iOS7. It would just stay connected. Anyone have a fix for this?
 
I had this in iOS 6 and I had to restore it as new. it fixed the problem.

maybe once you do log into the wifi you need, forget the network, reset network settings and do a hard reset to see if it helps before restore as new.
