I bought an iPhone 5 a few weeks ago and it's collecting so much dust. I constantly have to wipe the dust off it, is there any reason why? I never had this problem with previous iPhone's that I have owned.

Stay out of dusty attics? :D

I kid, your phone could be carrying a static charge where it will attract dust more.

Move out of Baghdad. :D

Dunno dude, been here 6 months and this is the first post I remember anybody mention dust, on the outside anyways.

I know. It's maddening

I just don't understand it. It attracts dust in my jeans pocket like no other phone I have ever owned. :(

I just keep it out of my pockets. I have the black one and it drives me up a wall. The white one there's probably not as many issues.

I reduced dust in my phone significantly by getting a holster to use when I'm at work.

I realize holsters are "dorky" and most consider them unfashionable, but I don't really care about such things at work and it gets the phone out of my pocket for 40 hours a week. Not to mention having less crap in my pockets during the day is always nice.

You can clean the phone with lemon pledge. Spray a small amount on a microfiber cloth or cotton cloth, then gently wipe the phone with it. It will reduce fingerprints and dust.
