iPhone 5 jailbreak question

Hey guys, I have a 32 gb white iPhone 5. I am currently jailbroken and I kinda like it. If I update to the new software, then jailbreak, can I get my tweaks back? or do I have to go look for them all over again? Also what is the difference between evasi0n and greenpois0n?

You'll have to reinstall all your tweaks from cydia again after the restore. You can not update OTA or use the "update" feature in iTunes if you're jailbroken. Only use the "restore" option in iTunes to update or remove the jailbreak

evasi0n is for jailbreaking iOS 6.0-6.1.2
evasi0n7 is for ios 7.0-7.0.6
greenpois0n 0.4 is for iOS 5.0.1 and 2.0.4 is for iOS 5.1.1

evasi0n is for jailbreaking iOS 6.0-6.1.2

evasi0n7 is for ios 7.0-7.0.6

greenpois0n 0.4 is for iOS 5.0.1 and 2.0.4 is for iOS 5.1.1
