iPhone 5 keeps crashing! HELP

Hi there,

My iPhone decides to crash and restart which then enters into safe mode whenever it receives messages such as whatsapp messages, this happens like twice a day and it is really frustrating. Any ideas on how I can stop that happening whether it's an app that's causing this or the system.

So its your iphone is Jailbroken right?
Most likely a hack that's interfering and causing issues. Start removing one by one to isolate the package causing this. Start by the latest cydia package you installed.

Try cleaning everything from your multitasking. You can also restore to backup in iTunes.

Hi there,

Yes my phone is Jailbroken, I checked the diagnostics and it said that the app tweetbot was the main reason it kept crashing for some reason, so will delete that and see if it's fixed. If not then will do a clean restore.
