iPhone 5 keeps disconnecting

I have a new iPhone 5 that randomly disconnects. This happens when I'm stationary so it's not moving in and out of coverage. This never happened with my Blackberry. I have turned off the wifi and that seems to have helped some. Any ideas

Try...

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings and Reset All Settings

If that doesn't do anything, try a restore.

I had this once before and Reset Network Settings worked for me

Will reseting the network erase my email settings?
