iPhone 5 keeps pausing/restarting songs

My iPhone has been acting up lately. It pauses songs by itself and sometimes unpauses them.

At first it was very rare, but as of late, it happens more frequently.

Anyone recognize this problem and know how to solve it?

When ever you have a problem the first thing you should do is press the home and sleep button until you see the apple logo. You have no idea how much this has fixed for me and my friends try that it might work. Tell me if it happens again.
