I see what you mean. I think it is just the angle which the photo was taken but it does look more like an iPod Tough 4G dimension wise than an iPhone 4.
Its a picture of the iPhone 4 face on, that has been warped so it looks like it could be being held at that angle, to make the picture work.
You can see the lock button, which would be hidden at this angle.
And you can't see the dock connection, which would be visible.

No idea why they would do that though. Surely to take the picture normally would have been easier? Probably right though.
The iPod touch doesn't have an outer band with a gap in it as pictured. Also, the power/sleep button is completely different.

It's a good feature that iphone connected to HDTV wirelessly......and there are many more features in iphone 5 like,video chat on 3g and 4g (no longer restricted to WiFi only), face recognition and extreme downloading. Also there is a new chat service between Apple devices and many more features.......!
Agreed, they were two lazy to use a 3D render, so they used a 2D image instead. It's just a razor-sharp iPhone, apparently without an earpiece.

I heard a rumour that the iPhone 5 will have wall-to-wall glass from side to side... in which case, this one doesn't cut it.
Looks like a case of bad photo shopping or just the angle. I doubt Apple would be that stupid. Also this isn't edge to edge so doesn't match the rumours of a bigger edge to edge 4inch display.
When will people stop thinking that every photo of an iPhone just slightly different to a pre-existing model is an iPhone 5??

It was a good find, even if it was just dodgy artwork on Apples side.
Dreaded? The 3.5" is barely tolerable as it is.Hopefully not, that screen is the same dreaded 3.5"
It was already a huge adjustment to get used to how fat and huge iphone's are compared to my old Moto KRZR.
If they follow in Android footsteps and go all McDonalds/American++ super size I'll be looking elsewhere next gen.
