iPhone 5 Lightning cable in Panama

I am in Panama for work and lost my Lightning cable for my iPhone 5 in transit. The phone has not be released here so I do not expect to find any cables. I checked out a Mac Store with no luck. Any suggestions/help? I think I am screwed but I figure if I would ask the forum. Thanks.

No displays. They are still promoting the 4S.
