iPhone 5 Lock Screen - Photo Won't Save

My new iPhone 5 will not accept any of the default Lock Screen pictures under Wallpaper or my own pics.

I have turned it on/off and it will not use any of my pics for the Lock Screen... the background wallpaper when unlocked will work.

Anyone else have this problem?

WEIRD! I disconnected the iPhone from the PC and the picture now appears under the Lock Screen.

Same problem. Just got my new iPhone 5 and realized this. Photo on lock screen shows up when NOT plugged into charger, does not show up at all when it is. Annoying.

Mine sometimes works, sometimes reverts to showing the green battery.
