Iphone 5 Low Volume??

Hey Guys, Got 2 iphones yesterday and the one thing I noticed that is a major difference from our Iphone 4 is the volume in messaging! When you send a text the sound is so muffled that it sounds like its underwater! ( Yes the Volume is turned up the MAX ) Has anyone else have this issue? These are Verizon versions.. Thanks!

Did you remove the plastic film on the iPhone?

I RESET the phone to factory settings and it seems ok now! HAD THE SAME ISSUE!! I think once you use siri the problem will come back!! Seems like Siri is conflicting, saw a few other people with the same issue! Boxed them up goping back to verizon!
