I was sent an audio file (from someone else's iPhone Voice Memos app) via iMessage and wanted to access it on my computer, so tried to e-mail it to myself via the Mail.app on the iPhone (5)- the size was 504K.
I was able to hit the share button from within the player for the file, and it generated a new mail message with the file attached, and I was able to hit send and heard the 'swoosh' of it being sent but the message never went anywhere... it never appeared in my sent folder, drafts or reached my account as an incoming message.
Is there a size limit somewhere which is preventing this? Or could it be something else? It's very odd and very frustrating.
