iPhone 5 Manufacturing quality

I'm just curious, does anyone else's iPhone 5 have "over-glue" around the 2 glass panels and random scratches/dents on the alumnium?

No dents or glue...but a few micro dot scratches around the sim tray insert

small scratch on the chamfur edge.

When the lines die down, I'll bring mine in and see if I can haggle a Apple gift card for $40. It's not worth the hassle of returning, but a gift card could ease the pain.

Just as a point of reference gave me a small refund on a BTO MacBook a few years back (there was a quarter inch scratch above the power key).
