On speakerphone or front-facing video the mic doesn't work at all. I get slight feedback. Everything else is okay. I have tried the noise reduction on/off, resetting the phone, blowing into the holes, stuff like that. I know there's a way to fix this because many people have the same problem even a girl I know who just bought a 5C brand new.
