Hi guys, so i went to an AASP today and they verified that i am eligible for the Apple battery replacement program. They took my phone inside and came out showing me that 2 screws are missing which is from the top right area which i believe is related to display connector.

I have not opened it before nor have i sent it for repair. I guess it might be either Apple QC or my telco gave me a defect unit. Whats your opinion , guys?

What exactly is your question?

Are you asking for our opinion on the missing screws?
Sounds like OP is asking if anyone has seen something like this before and/or what could explain it and/or what can potentially be done about it (in particular if someone ran into a similar situation before).

Yea as what CDM said, i am not sure if i can argue with the staff over there with some valid point like Apple QC..
