iPhone 5 model A1429 GSM or CDMA?

My friend bought an iphone 5 off of CL, the model # is A1429 How can i tell weather its a verizon or GSM model? i popped my att sim in and att came up and he popped in his t-mobile sim and it worked i just want to know if this happens to be a verizon model? I dont have LTE in my Area that would be a dead give away if it was CMDA.

Sprint uses the A1429 too. CDMA.

T-Mobile is A1428 due to band 4 LTE support.

Thanks for the reply's after Checking with apple it was purchased in FEB so that makes it a verizon.

A1429 is both GSM and CDMA but in the US it doesnt support Band 4 for LTE. So no LTE on ATT or T-Mobile.
